Child & Me Yoga Classes

A playful practice for parents/caregivers and young children intended to teach yoga through song, movement, poses, and imagination.

This class is designed for children ages 1 year to 5 years old. The class is structured with an emphasis on interactive and partner poses for young children and adults to do together.
